Stormwater and NPDES Permitting and Monitoring

KBA provides complete permitting and monitoring support for federal and state surface water programs, including the Clean Water Act. KBA staff are highly experienced in developing point-source and storm water permits and performing related sampling requirements. KBA has prepared Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans and performed audits for a variety of construction and industrial sites. Some examples of KBA experience include:

• SWPPPs and sampling plans for waste oil storage and recycling facilities.

• SWPPP and storm water sampling at road construction projects

• SWPPPs for retail and residential construction projects
