Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESA)

KBA has performed numerous Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) or Property Transfer Assessments. KBA staff possess an understanding of contaminant types, potential sources, and the nature of contaminant transport.

Further, KBA’s ecological expertise allows us to screen a property for ecological issues such as wetlands and protected species during an ESA. This experience and expertise results in insightful, thorough assessments. KBA is pre-certified by TXDOT for ESAs.
