Cy Reichert
Mr. Reichert is a Project Scientist at KBA EnviroScience, Ltd.
Mr. Reichert has experience in a variety of environmental fields and provides
expertise for projects involving jurisdictional waters
delineations/determinations/mitigation, Section 404 waters of the U.S. permits,
habitat assessments, threatened and endangered species surveys, Storm Water
Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure
Plans, stream assessments, NEPA projects, and both GIS and AutoCAD data
acquisition, manipulation, and application.
His field experience includes jurisdictional waters
delineations, Section 404 mitigation monitoring, natural habitat analysis,
threatened and endangered species surveys, SWPPP inspections, stream
assessments, tree surveys, water and soil sampling, and hurricane recovery
efforts.
Mr. Reichert has written and submitted reports to the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, Texas Parks and
Wildlife Department, Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality, Texas Department of Transportation, and the
Texas Historical Commission.
